…grab-and-go meals before work stopped working for me. I used to reach for processed food that didn’t taste good and brought no real enjoyment. And yet, that moment at work is a small, precious pause — a chance to have something just for myself. It felt only right to make it pleasant, to turn it into a moment of comfort and joy.
At the same time, I was dealing with daily fatigue, which made me start paying closer attention to the nutritional value of what I was eating. That’s how it all began — I started preparing my own meals to take with me. Not only to work, but also for long walks with my dog (we spend hours outdoors every day). And very quickly I discovered how much joy I find in creating beautiful, nourishing meal boxes.
